Mohammad, a young international student who has just moved to the U.S., finds out that his father has suffered a stroke. Still unfamiliar with English, Mohammad struggles to connect with people around him in his new environment. At the same time, he tries to reconnect with his father—who has now lost much of his own ability to speak. Between unstable video calls, cultural distance, and broken language on both sides, Mohammad searches for a way to reach his father.
